Services We Provide
EZ Downey Concrete Masters provides professional concrete services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and more. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals in compliance with local building codes.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if the project does not meet our quality standards. All quotes are estimates and may change based on site conditions discovered during work.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price may change if we discover unexpected conditions like poor soil, hidden utilities, or other issues once work begins.
We will inform you of any changes before continuing with the work. Prices are subject to change without notice, but your approved quote will be honored for 30 days from the date issued.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may result in additional fees. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates, but these can change due to weather, material delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule.
Your cooperation in providing site access and meeting any required conditions will help us stay on schedule.
Warranty
We stand behind our work with a limited warranty covering workmanship defects. The warranty period and specific terms will be detailed in your project agreement.
The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Concrete can crack due to settling or temperature changes, which is considered normal and not covered.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, providing clear access to the work area, and removing any items that could interfere with the project. You must also ensure all necessary permits are obtained, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any changes to the original scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services or any delays.
We carry general liability insurance, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. Cancellation after work has started may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or site preparation has begun.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
